About, Jim Gentili & eleven23

Jim Gentili has spent his career in the part of the organization where the idea meets reality.

Portrait of Jim Gentili, founder of eleven23

For more than two decades, the assignment has been the same shape: take something ambitious and ambiguous, and make it coherent, scalable and real.

That work has spanned automotive and mobility, technology, entertainment, retail, experiential concepts, coworking and the built environment. The categories change. The discipline doesn't, connect creative intent to operational reality, and lead through the complexity in between.

eleven23 is the natural form of that practice: a single point of accountability that can hold the strategy, shape the brand, build the program and stand on the site when it opens.

The name

eleven23.

1 · 1 · 2 · 3 / the start of the Fibonacci sequence: the proportion that governs how natural things grow into order.

It's a quiet statement of method. Good outcomes aren't decorated on at the end; they're built on proportion, sequence and structure from the first decision. The name is a reminder that strategy and execution belong to the same system.

How Jim works

A point of view, carried across every discipline.

01

See the whole problem

Decisions in one discipline ripple through all the others. The job is to hold the whole picture, not a slice of it.

02

Clarity is a budget line

On the site, a vague decision becomes an expensive one. Getting the thinking right early is the cheapest work there is.

03

The customer never sees the org chart

Brand, operations and experience are one thing to the person standing in the room. They should be built that way.
