W/In
From court seller to brand standard.
A category that arrived before its premium had a name.
Padel is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, and a premium private-court market is forming around it. But the top of that market has no trusted name. Beautiful courts are being installed in extraordinary homes by companies that build the product and walk away.
The founder had the product and the ambition. What was missing was the brand: a point of view that could own the premium end of the category and travel wherever it lands.
Decide which company should exist.
The assignment was not to design a logo. It was to define which company should exist in the first place, and to give the founder a clear, confident decision to build behind.
That meant working upstream of identity: market positioning, audience, the trade-offs between a descriptive name and an ownable brand, and how each future would scale beyond the court into apparel, events and hospitality.

"Not four logos. Four companies. The question was never which is correct, but which future to build."
eleven23 developed several complete brand futures for the company, each with its own name, positioning, voice and visual world, then aligned the founder around W/In: short, athletic, ownable, and built to scale past the product into a lifestyle the court lives inside.
A whole brand world, not a mark.
The work connected market positioning, audience definition, naming, identity direction, campaign language, social behavior, digital applications and future extensions across courts, apparel, events and hospitality.

Strategy and brand, decided together.
W/In shows the front end of the eleven23 thesis: before a brand can be built, someone has to define what is worth building. The same judgment that carries a project to opening day starts here, in the decision about which company should exist.
